Contact form
Your name, email, message and optional profile and experience are stored to respond to your enquiry. Fields marked * are required; you may contact me directly by email instead. The legal basis is legitimate interests in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or Article 6(1)(b) when preparing a specific collaboration.
Guestbook
Your name and comment are published only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and after review. Your email is never displayed publicly and is used only for the acknowledgement or questions about your entry. You may withdraw consent by email at any time.
Retention and deletion
When the forms or admin area are used, contact enquiries older than 365 days are removed. Private guestbook email addresses and mail queue data are cleared after 30 days, and unpublished entries after 90 days, on the next such use. Published names and comments remain until withdrawal or deletion. You may request earlier deletion by email. Sent emails also exist in the participating mailboxes and require separate deletion there.
Services and email
OpenAI Sites hosts this website. A Cloudflare database stores form data and the mailing list. Emails are sent through one.com, which receives the recipient address, subject and message. Addresses are not shared for third-party advertising. See the providers’ privacy notices for further information.
Email updates
With your optional consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), you receive new photographs and model calls. We store your email, language and subscription and confirmation timestamps. Only email-confirmed subscriptions join the active list. Unconfirmed subscriptions expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next use of the mailing list. Active subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe. Withdraw consent using the link in any message or by email. Unsubscribing deletes your address and associated mailing list delivery data. Messages already being sent or delivered cannot be recalled. There is no opening or click tracking. Delivery data is also cleared after 30 days when the forms or admin area are used. Sent messages may remain in the participating mailboxes.
Security, language and links
The hosting IP address is transformed into a value that changes every minute to limit spam. This form feature does not store the raw IP; expired values are removed during later submissions. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. Usage statistics store only aggregate page views by day, page and language for 400 days. These statistics use no cookies and store no IP addresses, visitor identifiers or personal profiles. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. No advertising trackers are used. Social media sites load only when you follow their links and apply their own privacy rules. Fonts are served locally. Hosting services may process technical connection data to operate the website.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent for the future. Contact contact@mathieugeorges.photography. You may complain to Luxembourg’s CNPD (cnpd.public.lu). This website performs no automated decision-making or profiling.
